I got a solution to all super freezez for you.
To reset the phone take out the battery, put it back in and as you press the power button start tappin on the "enter" button (it is found in the middle of your directional pad and it's blue).
This will bring in a screen that says to Master reset it. It will erase everything on your phone, but it will make your phone work again. It is a lifesaver. I hope it solves your problems.
