3G data?

Can you double check your stats? According to AT&T and FCC this device is HSPA+ ready (4G ish) at 14.4. Can you please confirm which is correct?

If you read the review, it runs HSPA+. It will also connect to 3G. It certainly doesn't look like a 4G smartphone though.
