DROPPED CALLS

EVERY TIME I TALK ON THIS PHONE MY FACE SOMEHOW TOUCHES EITHER MUTE OR END CALL. IS THERE ANY KIND OF LOCK FEATURE ON THIS PHONE THAT WILL LOCK THE SCREEN AS I AM TALKING?
