Batter life??
I've had it since the release date, I've turned off background notifications and all auto sync, yet I still only get about 5-6 hours... The phonescoop review said they got about 13 hours... How??? I even have juicedefender ultimate still no luck... anybody have any suggestions??????

I actually leave everything on (including WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, All my notifications), and with moderate-heavy usage, I get about 12 hours of battery life.
Did you try and calibrate your battery? I didn't do so, but it might help.

Down load task manager and use this app every time your done with the phone. I use it all the time and usually get 12-15 hours if I'm not watching videos to often.
