motorola falling off?????
I purchased the t730 thinking that my v60i was a little dated - i dropped it a couple of times the leather case was worn down - the clip holder broke off. Battery was dying So i went to "can you hear me now" and bought one for only 149.00(T730). What a piece of junk! Reception is erratic - do i have to see that girl every time i turn on the phone??? the phone won't follow your commands and in addition lacks a smart key. I thought by restoring the v60i back to its original condition would be a waste of money - but I'll tell ya - i had this phone for less than 4 hours and it was already repacked awaiting a home for the store i purchased it from. i have pretty much same opinion for both T720/730. battery dies pretty quick, menus are slow and anoyinng sometime. screen is dark all the time and not sharp at all that's why i purchased audio vox 9500 istead of t720 when it came out.

👿 U people need to stop complaining about the t730, ive had one for a while now, i havnt had any of ur stupid little little problems. If ur complaining about the battery, ur probly not charging it right, while its charging u need to let the lil battery get full, and if thats still not enough batt....get the friggin extended battery, thats why motorola made it with such little battery life, because they want to make $$$, and if ur to stupid to figure that out, u probly shouldnt have the fone. If ur complaining about the low earpiece volume, i realized if u dont have it right next to the opening in your ear, u wont be able to hear much, and if thats still to low, get a handsfree headset, mine sounds incredible, and ppl on the other line s...

I pretty much agree with you, hobbitboy. I think the Moto 730 is the best of the phones that Verizon currently offers. I tried just about all the LB's and Samsungs. My only complaint would be the low volume in the earpiece; you have to hold it just right so you can hear. Otherwise, the reception and call quality is excellent.
In spite of no camera, no video, and no speakerphone, I like it because of it's great reception, and it sounds the most like a land line of any phone--both on my end, and for the person I'm calling. Calls are very steady--no fading out, no static, crystal clear sound. That's what's most important to me on a cell phone.

i would have to agree, u have to hold the ear-piece in the right exact place or else u cant hear anything, but this soon becomes subconscious to putting in the right place, once again a hands-free headset would fix this minor issue. thanks for ur prompt response

hobbitboy19, I agree with everyone else the t720 AND t730 suck. They are slow, ear volume sucks, and to add a new one when in car hands free kits the phone gets very confused and starts locking up and shutting itself off.

first of all t720 and t730 have diffrent software, while the 20 is slow the 30's software is much quicker..er retards wouldnt kno this because they dont think or do research on a phone before they start dissin two diffrent software versions. ear volumes good if u hold it the right way. my 30 has never gotten confused when put in handsfree mode, its like putting headphones into a computer, why should it get messed up?.. 😕 some ppl are just so stupid..
