Can i use this phone with Cingular?

I have a v400 and would like it if it could play videos only (since video recording isnt that good yet.)It also has bluetooth. Just wanted to know if i buy this phone at full price can i use it on Cingulars network.

You need to make sure it is unlocked if you want to make it work on Cingular. The best and easiest way to get one unlocked is to buy one off of ebay.

Even beter, this phone looking for best signal and choose between AT&T retranslator and Cingular.
