Yeah, i just go the white screen today. All you see is a white screen. You can make calls but can't see the screen. WTF. 😡. Im giving samsung a call today.

How long have you guys had your phones? I have had mine since July and I haven't got the white screen. I hope I don't ethier. But you guys should go to a T-Mobile store and demand that your phone gets fixed or you want a new one at no charge. Show them who is boss!! 🤣

i got that also. you can just call tmobile and let them know you want them to exchange the phone because it is defect. they have the 1 year factory warranty. as long as you return your old phone they wont charge you for that.
