just wanted to give you some inside info from the wireless industry. in the US, you can expect this phone to probably be a t-mobile (maybe cingular) exclusive. i know that t-mobile is currently testing the phone but there have been a few setbacks. due to some past phones that t-mobile released which were absolute crap (i.e. motorola c332, v70), they now have a very extensive 3-month minimum beta testing process. history has also shown us that "slider type" phones usually equal huge problems, such as the samsung and nokia matrix phones. kyocera and siemens do have successful slider phones, so hopefully samsung will produce a winner this time. my personal guesses about this device: expect this phone to hit the retai...

I know a marketing consultant for TMobile and they are very strict on their testing standards. There are some phones, such as the Motorola MPX 200 and the Sony Ericsson P900 that TMobile was suposedly testing to put out on the market, but they never did. There are some other models as well. I do know that at www.mobileplanet.com, you're able to activate certain phones with tMobile service and the phones aren't even available in the TMobile store.
