does anyone know where to get roms and emulators for this phone that are compatible?

As for the Emulators you can www.allaboutsymbian.com and they have them for download. They will cost you if you want sound.
For the ROMS, they are tricky to find. You are only supposed to have them if you own the game.;-) So, if you have the game. I'd go to google and seach for the ROM. You will find serveral dummy sights, and might not be able to find any at all.
