The P107 is slated for Cingular Wireless in January 04. This is the direct replacement for the Samsung x427 model which is only atemp phone. They are trying to slot this in at the same price point as the 427

i'm an agent for cingular, and out of all the phones that i sale, and use, the v400 is, by far, the best camera phone that i've used, but i haven't used the p107 yet, it's not available in my market yet.

how can that be true when the p107 is in a different price class than the x427?

it's april and the p107 still isn't out...i wish they'd quit taking their precious time, and ship it!

There is no way that this phone is gonna be as cheap as the 427...this is a higher end phone.

i stopped in to the cngular store in the mall to check out the v600 and the salesman showed me the dummy p107 dummy phone. he said the corp store in town is selling this phone now!! i checked the web and it doesnt list it for my area!nice phone, a little wider then the v600,but alot thinner!! samsung has some very slim batteries. also showed me the sony t637. why did they wait so long to release this phone?and why would they if the have the e317 coming out? this phone only has a (gif) camera and the e317 has a (vga)camera,so the picture quality isnt going to be great.

Yeah I just called my local corporate store here in the DC area and the salesperson said they are expecting it any day now, but didn't know a price yet.
