Digital Roam Problems

Recently whenever I try to make a call with my 5500, it sometimes says "Redialing...." Then it goes into "Digital Roam." This hasn't always happened. Anyone know if this is just a temp. problem?

first sugestion would be put your phone on sprint pcs only... tha tis under roaming

sprint is looking into the issue though

Thanks for the suggestion. I have done this and it does not work. I'm glad they are looking in to the problem. It seems to be a good phone, but this problem that I have been having is terrible. I had it happen over 8 times today.

there is one other possibility

you may have bought a lemon you should take it into your local sprint service center to have them run a hp test on it

Here's another suggestion, for $5/month you can add the Free & Clear America with no roaming charges...this helps just incase you find yourself on "digital roaming" and still want to have the option of calling and not paying the roaming.
