Dropped calls/constant redialing
My VM4500 will show a full signal and then be unable to make a call, or log onto vision. This has happened in different areas at different times. If a call goes through it will often be dropped. Anyone else having these problems? I'm going to bring it in to a Sprint store, but am afraid if I can't replicate problem, then they will tell me to take a hike. Think it must be the phone because my friends 5300 will work fine and mine won't when we're together.

To all concerned. The problems with the 5500 dropping calls even with full signal is not rare from what I've learned. Mine was also doing this. As I'm talking I could still hear them but them not hear me, then it would drop call, little at first then often. then would show redial when calling out. I hopped it would fix itself. It instead got so bad I couldn't call out. one more thing--another prob. I was having was receiving SMS messages. I went to sprint pcs. They said we took batt. out etc and fixed blah blah. I said nope. and at that time it messed up again. I said new phone please 🙂 They tried to give me a silver. Nope. another store went to tried to give me a refurbished w/ scratches NOPE. I had only 14 days--got a new one--NO DROPP...
