This POS phone is going back
I have 2 of these. I bought 2 hi cap batteries trying to fix the problems.
problems:
Cannot talk for more than about 15 min even with a fully charged hi cap battery without the person on the other end complain that I'm cutting out. If I plug in, the call is then good.
Ready Link has the same problem. I cannot talk very long without my call breaking up.
Dropped calls are ridiculous even standing still, plugged in, talking to someone on a land line.
Many calls go straight to VM without the phone ever ringing (~20-30%).
You cannot speed dial a number immediately after ending a RL or phone call. You have to wait a few minutes or the phone will just hang redialing.
Nice gimmick features though.

listen i can understand exactly what your saying ok. but you gotta understand that some phones come ****ed up off the assembly line. I work for verizon and have sprint service, i had it before i started working for them and i love it. the problem your having isn't with the phone but it is just THE PHONE YOU HAVE. every now and then i sell a phone with a ****ed up battery life that can't hold a charge or that the phone is ****ed up. That is probably your case i'm sure. do yourself a favor and take the phone back to where you got it and have it exchanged. i can guarantee that you will be happy with a working model. If you brought the phone from best buy it will be easier to take back, but if you got it from sprint idk, you shouldn't have a pro...

SEEMS LIKE A WORKING MODEL ISN'T SO EASY TO COME BY. I WAS NOT WILLING TO TAKE THE CHANCE SPIRT WILL ENSURE THAT HAPPENS ONCE THE 14 DAYS ARE UP.
I SWICHED MINE FOR A SAMSUNG 680. GRANTED THE GIMICKS AREN'T AS NICE, THERE'S NO SPEAKER, BUT IT'S TAKES PICS AND VIDS, I LIKE THE ALARM/CALENDER BETTER, IT'S MUCH SMALLER, IT'S MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE TO TALK ON AND THE PHONE WORKS WHICH IS ALWAYS NICE.
