Sanyo SCP-5500 / VM-4500
There WILL BE a SILVE Sanyo 5500
There will be a silver Sany 5500. It was originally scheduled to be in Sprint's warehouses by mid-December, but just as with the different colored 8100 phones, it will be/has been delayed. Per Sanyo and Sprint, it will probably be out end of Dec. to the end of Jan. I work for Sprint in a technical capacity and I have also spoken personally with Sanyo about this, so you can take the information I am giving you on good authority. Believe me, no one is more disappointed by the lack of an available silver 5500 or more upset over the fact that Sanyo chose to market the "Blue" (mine as well be "black"), phone in it's place. This blue 5500 is flat out ugly!!! I just don't understand what Sanyo was thinking and I have told them so personally o...

LMAO!! 😁 Ok, maybe it is just me because I have talked to alot of people who love the blue. I have used the blue at work and it is ok, but I just prefer the silver. To me the silver just looks more classy and professional. The blue just doesn't do it for me, I guess. But, for all of you out there who like the blue... More power to you! 😁
