Alcatel Sparq II

Yes, the Sparq II can be used as a regular billed cell phone. I use mine for my post-paid T-Mobile account. I just popped the SIM out of my old phone, and put it in the Sparq II. The Sparq asked if I wanted to copy the contacts from the SIM to the phone, and away it went.
