Any news on the upcoming Sprint version of this phone? It looks a lot like the canceled i550. Will it be a Smart phone, Palm OS, etc?

I really like the CDMA/GSM combo of this phone. Make it Tri-Mode so it can analog roam and it would be almost perfect.
Not a PDA? I think Sprint and Samsung need to phase the I500 out and re-focus on something more like a PDA version this phone or something like the I550.
