This one is most definitely untrue. Here's the particular section from the manual:

Up to 500 entries can be stored in phone memory. A large number of entries can also be stored on the SIM card. The exact number depends upon the SIM card type. Each entry in the Phonebook can have up to five associated numbers and two e-mail addresses. Multiple names per number? The manual does not say anything about this.
Example
Entry 1
John Smith 123-456-7890
Entry 2
Bob Jones 123-456-7890
Of course, whenever 123-345-7890 calls you then your caller id will display the first one alphabetically(Bob Jones) since the phone has no way of differentiating.
