ZTE Valet

I have experienced when trying to make a call and need to the screen flashes. Is this something normal or is there something wrong with the phone. I called Tracfone and they were not help.

I tried to connect to my home wifi network with my zte valet. The problem is that I input the wrong password. Now I can't delete the old password and reset it so I can't use my home wifi. Any help?

I just bought one of these phones and cannot find a protective front and back case for it-any ideas?? 🤤
