For anyone out there having the same problem removing mobile im from your phone, I called verizon and they told me it was a software defect and to take it to a nearby verizon store and have them reflash the software. This process can take anywhere from 20 to 25 minutes

That would be nice IF they had the software 🙄 ...but I'll just have to wait until that software hits this rock 😕
