6820 pc conection help please

I have a 6820 on AT&T and a DKU-5 cable and I can not get the 6820 to see or sync my contacts with my pc. Im pretty PC smart but need some help. Thanks!!

Supposedly Nokia/AT&T shipped the wrong PC suite. Go here:

download the correct version, and it should work
