No Regrets
I have no regrets about dropping the a630 and decideing to get the treo 650 instead!

And shouldn't have any. The 650 is without a doubt the far better phone. If not for the size I would pick it up too. I had a 600 and the size just didn't work for me. Bottomline is the only ones who lose from Cingular not getting the Motorolla, are Cingular and Motorolla. I'm done caring at this point. If Cingular eventually ends up carrying the phone, I won't be so excited anymore. I'll probably already have picked up a new phone and won't even bother dishing out money for a year old device. Sorry Cingular, you missed the boat.

thanks for the encouragement!! BIG queston, although I've got small hands and using the qwerty keyboard is no problem, how in the hell does an average male type on the small keyboard?

Trust me, you get used to it but it's never fun. A630 was made for beefier fingers than the 650.

i will tell you what i dont regret. dropping cingular. i live in a large metropolitan area so there is plenty of healthy competition for the cellular market. i walk to school and work so im hardly out of my coverage area, so i checked out T-mobile. i talked to a few people with the service and they are just as happy as cingular folks. i bought the phone through amazon
(after rebates) and saved tons of money, enough to justify the 175$ termination fee. it would have cost me more to buy the phone from cingular. its too bad that cingular cant operate like a real business and supply there customers with something they demand. the alternatives to a phone with a querty pad are bogus. the LG might as well stand for Low Grade. and have f...

Unfortunately for me I don't have that option. Service fromT-Mobile is weak in my home area and I travel. Oh well, at least I've got the phone that T-Mobile cannot match, at least not now.
