This phone has already been released by Cingular Wireless. I purchased one in April. The store had sold out, but now that have lots more. I purchased from the Cingular Wireless at Virginia Center Commons Mall in Glen Allen, Virginia. They also have the phone at Cingular stores in Richmond, VA as well. If you'd like just put in zip code 23059 on the Cingular Website for store locations. That will have the location phone numbers as well. I purchased from the location on 10100 Brook Road. Yes, the phone is in stock. I just called the manager and he says that he still has them.
I don't have to sit here and lie about anything. I can put in touch with the store manager.
Furthermore, it will state Washington/Baltimore as the region, but there is definitely service here!!!!!!!!! Don't just assume because it makes an !$$ out of you!!!!!!!

That I don't know, but you can always call and ask. If you speak to the manager of your local Cingular store, he/she might be able to do a store to store transfer. Or even call the customer care or the toll free sales number to order that way. The phone is $199 with a two year contract; otherwise, it is $299 with no commitment. You also have the opportunity to purchase it with a one year contract as well, but I was told the price of the phone would be more than $199. I got this information from the store manager, Dave.
