If the nixxo 9230 is not out yet, then why do i have one? And i got it for free from a cell phone company in sacramento,ca

The previous post clearly states that the phone is out, and prices for it. It's just that the creator of this site finds it more appealing to users to update the new current info, then a phone that has been out for more then a year.
