Hello everyone. I used to have the Samsung Rugby 3 and thought about getting the Samsung Rugby 4 for my business device. For those of you who own one of these, do you like it?

I got this phone and it is just fine. It is bigger than the last one and heavier. Really good battery life so far and wi fi capable. Just wish it wasn't quite so big.

My mom received this phone from ATT's insurance to replace her Rugby II after it broke.
She's having a mic issue with it, but it sounds to me like she may be covering the 2nd mic that samples outside sounds for noise cancelling. If it has one. I'm not local to her and haven't been able to find the mic's location online.
Could you please look on your Rugby 4 and find it for me? I just want to make sure she's not causing the issue before she switches to the Rugby III they're sending her.

Look at the main full size pic in the review and you can see the mic hole at the bottom of the keypad area directly in the center of the phone.

I'm thinking about getting this too. Looks like they addressed some issues like battery life and speakerphone volume.
Has an available extended battery too that should extend talk time to over 21 hours.
