Can I change the keypad color?

I have a friend who owns this phone. She says it's incredible and I was thinking of getting one. The only thing I can't stand about it is the puke green keypad color! I heard that this could be changed by getting a new bulb or something. Can anyone confirm this?

I'm sure you could, but it would of course void the manufacturer's warranty

that would be nice... i hate the yellow-green-*bleh* color too. i have a kyocera 2235 and it has a beautiful blue backlight (of course thats for the screen and keypad but if i got the backlight replaced in the 8910 it would just be the keypad.)
