Help PLEASE Unlocking 6620

All the codes i tried with a DCT-4 calculator didnt work and know my i have no more tries left with my phone. What are my possibilities to unlock my phone and is there any program i can use to unlock it via usb cable.

you have to use a SPECIAL DCT-4 calc. Give me your imei number and I will post the correct unlock code.

I tried 5 times unlocking my 6620 and it did not work can you tell me where to find the special code calculator thanks

Iunlock.com can usually unlock hard locked phones.
