I've only had experience with the Logitech Mobile Pro. I bought based on positive experience w/Logitech products, and I'm quite happy with it. Good range, very nice audio quality (though I've never listened to what a call receiver might hear), good battery life. Only con is the dorky look while wearing it.

Motorola HS850, or if you prefer something smaller go with the HS820. The Moto H500 also looks interesting, although I've never used one. The other 2 I mentioned, I use on a daily basis.
