Desperately need to extract a ringtone

Really really desperately want to extract for my GSM phone, one of the ringtones that comes with the SCP-7300.
Anyone know a quick easy way to extract it without having to purchase a cable?
If not, if I just pay the $30 for the data cable (no software), can I download it to my PC ?

You can spend $30 to get a data cable and also a software for your phone. Also, the software offers free upgrade once you purchase it. The kit is called handset manager, I have one for myself, and it works great for my phone, plus the cable also charges the phone from my PC.

gary, I have been looking for a ringtone off of this phone...all to no avail. It's called "disco" and I can't find it ANYWHERE. Been looking for some time. Any help appreciated!!!
