Can the v65p be used on the Verizon network as a regular cell phone?

Can the v65p be used on the Verizon network as a regular cell phone by participating in a "regular" cell phone plan and not one of the PTT plans?

I know some of you might think this is crazy, but is it possible?

Supposedly there is a way by activating the phone online. There is still debate on possible issues or problems that could arise.

No i tried it its not possible all Verizon push to talk phones MUST be used on a push to talk plan there is no way around it. Just like all non push talk phones must be used on a regular plan. There is no way around that either.

You have to do it online through MyAccount. That is how it was accomplished.
