Motorola V710
Just talked to moto
The guy I talked to said that this phone is going to be released within the next week or so. I said are you sure you have the right phone and he said the v710 with bluetooth tech. He said that was info that verizon gave them. After speaking to moto I called Verizon and some bitch on the phone was like we can talk about any future products at all. So if the moto guy was correct.....The phone should be in store next week. Who knows...Just thought I should let you all know...

this was probably not the v.710. I overheard my boss talking about the v.810 being released in a week or so and that was a week ago. So my opinion is that he might have been refering to the v.810 which was suppose to come out in early to mid March. I mean it would be great if the v.710 came out but I wouldn't get your hopes on it coming out anytime soon. Thing first quarter 2005. Just my input.

I just received an e mail from Motorola and they say they have no release date yet. I only hope you are correct however I have some serious doubt

I actualy spoke with a motorola rep (not through email or over the phone) an actual representative of the Motorola coporation. He stated that if all goes acourding to plan (ie no glitches during testing) the phone should be out late June/early July Of course im not holding my breath, however it seems to be a pretty firm date they have. I had a chance to hold/use this phone, it will be one of the best Motorola Phones to date, some features- expandable/exchangeable memory, a 1.3 Megapixel camera, up to 3 minutes of video recording, Video messaging, and access to the VZW EV-DO network (Broadband network)
