i know i'm dying to upgrade too! don't know exactly - i signed up at www.hellomoto.com/producer for updates, you might want to do that too as i'm sure they'll be sending along the release date soon (i just signed up so no time to know yet).
also when you get yours, make sure you register it at that same site so you can get a free bluetooth headset. i'm very excited about this.
