Why does each person actually think this phone is coming out in 3 weeks?

Two things. First, like I'm going to trust what somebody wrote in a forum. 😉

Second. Having just activated a phone yesterday (on-line) I never got a drop down list to choose from, they only required an ESN number. 🙄

Plus, calling Verizon and saying you bought a phone on-line (that isn't release yet) might give the curious some more trusted info on a release date. 😎

Well when somebody puts up screen shots in a forum as proof of what they're saying, I tend to believe it. Yes I know pics can be mocked up with PhotoShop but why go through the trouble in this case. and yes, I'm sure if you actually have a real working Verizon-approved-ESN-number-printed-on-the-ba ck Motorola V710 then you can try and activate it on-line. If Verizon wants to allow V710s to operate on their system before being released to the general public then they will.

After all, it's not like Verizon keeps track of phones activated on their system. People activate stolen phones all the time and they NEVER know. 🙄

I'm new to this board but your post struck a chord since it is exactly what I am trying to do - use bluetooth on a vzw network to talk to the bluetooth kit in my BMW. Me and thousands of other unhappy vzw customers, I guess. ☹️ Anyway, can you explain how you got the T608 to work? Forgive my ignorance, but what is an MSN? Where did you get it? Any advice you can provide is most welcome! Thanks.
