question about the warranty?
i have just recently experienced the complete white screen syndrome. can't see a single thing. only thing i can do with the phone is manually dial and recieve calls and use voice dialing.
i purchased the phone back in aug. of '04 from the brooklyn verizon store and i remember i paid with a gold credit card with i think doubles the manufacturer's warranty so i guess the question is can i still bring the phone back 4 an exchange until the settlement is finalized.. is the warranty 1 year or 90 days or what??
