When R we going to get our refund... I want the RAZR!!!
So any iteam when we will be getting our letter saying come on down and bring your V710 and your leather case to get your new phone??? I am sick of waiting 😢

You are aware that the Razer has been recalled and completely withdrawn from all retailers.
Motorola has not stated when it will return. One industry insider has said that it could be months.
If your local Verizon dealer has not removed it from the shelf they are in violation of the recall.
The recall does include all existing phones already in public use. And Motorola and the retail partners are allowing customers to exchange phones for refunds or replacement with different Motorola phones.
Please note this is a very abbreviated and a bit simplified post of what has happened to the Razer.

TMobile and Cingular RAZRs have been recalled. Verizons v3c has not because it is on a different network and built slightly differently.

Sorry. I do stand corrected. The C-Net article was incorrect... which also as been corrected as well.
It is only T-Mobile and Cingular that were affected and are loosing millions. Just this morning on the Today Show Verizon ran an ad for the Razr that said We have them others don't. It didn't mention T-Mobile or Cingular by name. Just said "others".
Anyway.... sorry for the confusion.
