Sure... Its not true. If it was going to be out, we would have at least seen the dummy for it, and we haven't. We also usually get accessories a few weeks b4 a phone release. I'm a VZW rep thats how I know this.

For what it's worth, the two local AT&T Wireless stores had ZERO accessories in stock when the Motorola v600 was launched. Also, when I bought my timeport P8767 three summers ago, the local VZW had no accessories for it. So that point does not hold true everywhere. Still, it seems like we are still at least a few weeks away, if not more. It seems clear that any post-testing modifications in software etc will take some time to develop, test again, and then load into ph...

that's not the way they do business anymore, my man. they'll have accessories before they have the phones. you must shopping at a bullsh*t agent location. no offense to the agents. 😛

They don't really need accessories for the V600 or any other Vxxx phone since most of the accessories besides the batteries and the carrying case are exactly the same on all Motorola phones like the v60 series and T120 series and even the Vader series. My V80 uses pretty much everything my v60c/i does except for the battery and carrying case. I mean the v600 can even use the batteries from the v60 series without issues.

That first part is not too true actually. The v600's camera lens is offset to the left so it had it's own Moto leather case. Also, the replacable covers (front and back) were v600 only.

Well, read what I wrote, I said besides the batteries and carrying case. So the only thing that I said and forgot about was the replaceable faceplates and backcovers. So what I said was correct since the only thing you mentioned that's different is the faceplates but they can always add those later.

LOL! Yep, I noted that and was replying just as you were replying to tell me to "read".

My bad.

Mike :-)

Haha, it's okay since atleast you reminded me about the chargers. Atleast I know that my OEM Motorola clock charger, headset, Bluetooth HS-820 (using it with the Jabra BT200 adapter), travel/car chargers will still all work with the v80, v60c, v60i and the v710.. 🙂

Hehe, that's okay... I mean the thing with Motorola is people who had previous Motorola phones that came out after the StarTAC series can pretty much still keep using all the accessories with the exception of batteries and carrying case.
