Motorola V710

I received my settlement papers yesterday. Last month I needed a phone so I purchased the Razr from Verizon since my V710 completely died. I don't need a new phone, or accessories. But it sounds like my only option is to purchase a new phone from the settlement website. What are my other options other than purchasing a new phone and then selling it on ebay?

I just want the money.
