Did Anyone Select the Option to Cancel Verizon Service?

I selcted the option to cancel Verizon Service with no cancelation fee. If any one selected this option, please let me know. i would like to know if you rec'd your packet.

I selected option B to cancel and get a refund. I received my package today. Missoula, MT

On Friday April 21, Verizon (Beverton OR) received my v710
On Monday April 24 around noon my plan was cancelled
I called them up (*611 still worked 😁 ) and asked them to reconnect my service. 24 hours later I was back in business.

Still waiting on my check, but hey they only received my phone on Friday.

Was I able to keep my number the same? Yes. All they did was "reconnect" my phone on their end. It's not like they erased me out of their system when they disconnected my service.
