Motorola V710

hey, i have been having this awful problem.. Okay well, I went to manage apps and it showed me that i was using pretty much all of my memory.. so i deleted some pictures to free up some space but instead of it saying 10/10 mb full it says 9.7/9.7 mb full .. everytime i attempt to free up space it just eats away at the memory.. But when I go under Phone Status- Storage Devices- Phone it tells me i have 300kb free of my alotted 10078kb . Can someone PLEASE help me.. I'm guessing I just messed with a setting because it never used to do this.. any help would be appreciated i'll check back here but if u need my email it is gtmarakas@gmail.com once again THANKS
