I recieved my settlement package

But I already bought a v3c awhile back, so I dont really need a new phone. I'd like to just get refunded I guess - or possibly get the new v3m when it comes out, but Im not sure when that will be.

suggestions. anyone know what the options are here?

ive heard numerous things about the m, so im waiting a few weeks (waiting til about 1 week to 10 days are left on my deadline and ordering my stuff, my advice is do like im doing but make sure you dont miss the expiration date of your eligibility!

Thanks for the response! but what are the options?

1. cancel service for no charge and refund for phone?
2. $20 refund and keep the phone
3. full refund for price paid but phone must be turned in?

does the refund have to be credited to your verizon account or can it be refunded back to the orginal source of payment (ie credit card, cash etc..)
