Motorola V710
Advise...
I have the Audiovox 9900 but recently I have started experiencing problems so Asurion is replacing it with a V710. First I was happy because it is an obvious upgrade (bluetooth, camera, etc), but then remembered the lawsuit and all the problems people were having with this phone.
Question is, what should I possibly expect and what is the info with why the lawsuit happened..... Thanks!!

While there were quite a few problems when the phone first came out, I have been pretty happy with mine now that they fixed some of the issues. The lawsuit really had nothing to do with the quality of the phone. It had to to with Verizon supposedly misrepresenting the bluetooth capabilities in their advertising.
