Has anyone actually received their refund checks?
The form said that the refund will be sent out within 30 days of the receipt of phone. My phone was received by the Settlement Administrator way back in mid-April, but I haven't gotten anything back yet.

No, I contacted VZW about it as well. My 30 days was Sunday, May 21. Here is the response I received in an email from the Settlement Administrator.
