710 swap possible at Verizon Store ?
Has anyone had any luck doing the v710 settlement exchange at a verizon store ?
I'm in the group that has to have the 710s in Verizon's hands by June 13 but I'm curious to see if they release the V3M on the first of the month. But that doesn't give me much turnaround time to receive the phone and return the v710 by the deadline. The safer way would be to do it onsite all at once.

That is not good news. Others have had better success. I think it depends on the store and how well you can convince them. Taking your paperwork in with you is supposed to help.

I agree. The salesperson called around for about 15-20 min trying to find some info for me with no luck. I wasn't totally sure of the procedure myself so I left.

I sent the same question I posted to the Verizon settlement adminstrator and just got this response:
If the phone you are looking for is not listed on the exchange website, you may alternatively purchase your replacement phone and any accessories by logging in to My Account at www.VerizonWireless.com. If you have not previously enrolled in My Account, you will need to register and establish a User Name and Password in order to purchase the phone and accessories.
