30 Days For A Refund Check?
I am getting very upset over this v710 settlement. I followed everything that was requested of me. I sent receipts and my phone back to Verizon. It was received on April 21.
I sent a few emails to the Settlement Advisor and they replied promptly up until the point where they said:
It is now 47 days and they won't respond to my email inquiries. Anyone have a phone number or something that I can call instead of emailing?

Hi, I am new to the forums but i signed up because I have the same situation as you do. I sent my phone back (Fedex confirms that it was delivered on April 26th). I have yet to get the $200 I am owed and it is almost 45 days.
Can you tell me the email for the Administrator. I must have misplaced it and was going to send snail mail.

Also, as an update I sent an email yesterday before I posted here. I received a reply back today stating that my check will be mailed out tomorrow.
