i thought I missed my boat on returning my v710 but I contacted the settlement admin and they emailed me this:

The final deadline for Phase I processing is June 23rd. If you can fulfill all of the requirements and we receive your V710 and necessary paperwork on or before this date we can process a refund.

So it looks like if I get my ass_in_gear, I can swap it out or have my account refunded.
I sent my original paper work in and received my settlement package which came with a padded envelope and return shipping paid for:
What exactly do I need to do? What if I cant get/find a reciept for how much I paid for the ph...
