Does anyone know how I can contact verizon by phone? I want to talk to a REAL person not an automated system! I want to know if verizon can give me my refund, if I have the receipt ONLY (phones gone). Anybody know???

calling anyone in verizon is POINTLESS. most of them have no idea what the v710 exchange even is, let alone who to contact.
They specifically give you an address to mail, or an email address to email:

THEY WANT TO MAKE IT DIFFICULT SO YOU DONT SWAP YOUR PHONE OUT!! Every phone refunded or exchanged for is money out of their pocket. You will not get in touch with a v710 settlement admin through the normal verizon operator.
