Do I have to buy phone on exchange site?
Could I purchase my new phone at a Verizon store instead of on the the exchange site, and just send in my receipt with my V710?

My understanding is that you had to purchase the phone from the site so that they could ascertain that you did indeed purchase a replacement phone.
However, I just found out from re-reading the instructions that I only had til 6/13/2006 to do just that.
So check you due date and let me know if it's the same as mine (6/13/06).
If your's is later than that, maybe I still have a chance.
