Does anyone have the specific dates or months when this is coming out?

It already is. Read the specs. The processor is slow and the RAM is sub-par. The Phone was outdated as soon as Motorola got cheap and decided to put bad chips in it.
At this point I've given up hope on this phone. It will eventually be released, and it will be panned almost immediately after the release. Shame. Motorola had an amazing idea.
