**Battery life on the Audiovox 8920**
According to Sprint's website, the battery life for this phone is excellent.

The standard battery gives you 5.7 hours of talk time. That sounds too good to be true due to the fact the phone has a screen resolution of 262K colors and a built in 1.3 Mega-pixel Camera. Just those two features alone take up a lot of battery life. I believe that if you had an extended battery then it could be possible.
The phone should be out within the next week.

That's why it says 5.7 hours of contniuous "Talk Time" not camera time and how many times you open the flip to check out all the lovely colors.

theres no CDMA phone to date that has a battery life of more than 4 hrs. That info on the sprint website incorrectly refers to the extended battery although it was not explicitly stated there. The battery life of this phone with the standard battery is 3.5 hrs.
