Help with taking apart T637 cell Phone

Hi, just recently got my cell phone ran over with the screen all scratched up, I believe it's just the outer cover that's damaged not the inside screen. I was able to obtain a non-working unit so I was wondering if anyone out there know how to take the sony T637 apart so I can switch covers, thanks for your time and have a great day!!

hey how did you switch the t637 phone cover? i can get the battery cover off but thats it i cant take the top of the back off cant figure it out. i know how to get the front off just cant get to the screws because of the back.
