Z500 available the week of Nov. 22nd...

Is is correct to say that the Z500 will be available either Nov. 22nd, or the week of? It seems like everyone on this forum has came to an agreement on the release date.

How did the people who know for sure, find out this projected release date?

if you are a cingular employee then do you know the exact date of the release of the phone? or at last if it is being released before the 27 of november b/c thst is when my plan is up
